September ’21 update: New front-end, on-prem improvements
We’ve been working hard on a new version of the Assistant webapp, especially designed for enhanced customizability. New SPA frontend We’ve got a new front-end based on React, that is open-source and 100% brandable by the tenant. Using the Gatsby site reactor, it is now possible to integrate the Digital Assistant within your existing Intranet stack. The frontend is available on Plus cloud plans (deployment via Netlify CDN), or on-premises plans (for Enterprises) where deployment is handled via Docker containers. Let us get straight to the facts: New app: Keap The e-mail marketing and CRM platform Keap has joined the App Directory as a new Connector for your Digital Assistant. Simply connect your Assistant to your Keap account and you can create Cards with the Adaptive Card designer. The possibilities are limitless, for example you can show lists with your contacts, tasks or campaigns. January ’21 update: New header and Microsoft 365 features
For our first update of the year we have rolled out some improvements to the Digital Assistant web app and Microsoft 365 integration. 1. Web app improvement We’ve redesigned the top header in Digital Assistant so it now offers a more compact layout, leaving more space for users’ My Board which can now display up to 3 columns across on big screens. November ’20 updates: Webhook integrations & Alexa skill
In one of the larger updates of the year, we’re excited to release features around Webhook integration and release a new Alexa Skill. 1. Create Cards and Notifications via Webhook Many applications, e.g. Netlify, Shopify, Stripe & many more, offer Webhooks as a way to push events to other sources. Digital Assistant was previously able to create notifications based on API calls where it checked for new/unseen entries and then determined which ones to notify the user with.
