The judging panel, including digital transformation figureheads such as Paul Miller and Jed Cawthorne, recognized how Cisco’s implementation of Digital Assistant has created a huge impact on employee experience in their workplace; here, Digital Assistant provides a personalized smart assistant for every employee, including features such as enterprise-wide data unification, chatbots for easy access from anywhere, smart device integration and seamless mobile access.
